Job Family Group Description - Information & Digital Technologies: Gathers jobs providing support to the business through Information and / or Digital Technologies services and expertise. Includes fields such as IT business solutions, data, Infrastructure management and systems. Job Family Description -End-User Support: Provides end-user computing support services. Has technical expertise in end-user computing activities and in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and user requirements. Keeps the infrastructure available: computers, networks, and telecommunications. Increases efficiency and effectiveness of information flow, working closely with users.

How will you contribute:

· 
Supporto informatico all'utente;

· 
Configurazione PC & Telefoni;

· 
Supporto a dispositivi di video conference;

· 
Mobile Device Management (Workspace1 o simili);

· 
Conoscenza di Windows Server e Active Directory;

· 
Office365 Gestione account e funzionalità varie della suite;

· 
Utilizzo e implementazione della piattaforma di ticketing Service Now;

· 
Monitoraggio della sicurezza informatica (SSO & MFA).

Who you are:

· 
Laurea in informatica o discipline affini;

· 
Esperienza pregressa di 1-3 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata in aziende strutturate;

· 
Ottime capacità relazionali;

· 
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

· 
Attitudine proattiva;

· 
Sense of luxury, attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del servizio offerto.
