Directs operation to effectively manage receipt, storage, selection, packaging, loading, and shipping of products to the customer.
Sub-Job Family Description - Logistics:
Oversees and facilitates the supply chain operations of our company. Receives and processes warehouse stock products. Working in partnership with warehousing, coordinates personnel and processes to optimise the distribution of goods and ensure high client satisfaction.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a RDC Logistics Coordinator who will report to the Regional MEA Warehouse Manager as part of our dynamic team in Dubai.
Your opportunity
You will supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations and activities, organize the storage and ensure the right products are prepared at the right time and at the right cost.
You will monitor the flow of goods, control stocks and coordinate with different actors of the Supply Chain. As part of a global logistics and distribution supply chain, you will ensure the application of the WW logistics strategies and processes, strictly connected with local flows. Measuring performances of the 3PLs as per agreed SLA to satisfy the business needs and support projected growth to play a critical part of his/her role.
You will effectively communicate and coordinate with the brands’ operational teams to ensure full alignment of logistic operations with their needs which will be another key duty of the role.
How you will contribute

Monitor and ensure the preparation and storage of goods is done on time and in an effective and quality manner

Contribute to develop business by analyzing logistical problems and proposing new solutions
·
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation
·
Involved and implement Business Continuity plan process to ensure operations are maintained in case of exceptional situations
·
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
·
Ensure 3PL performances are meeting expected service levels in term of lead-time, quality & cost
·
Maintain efficient communication and collaborate with the different departments of each brands for all logistics related matter
·
Monitor daily operations and ensure implementation of best practices in receiving in the warehouse, preparing the orders and dispatching shipments according to agreed mapping. Be force of proposition for enhanced processes and logistics solutions. Escalate when necessary

Coordinate with origin and brands for special orders, MTO, CITES and special events to meet the agreed deadlines
·
Control and validate 3PL invoices
·
Coordinate intra-regional store-to-store transfers of the brands.

Monitor reverse logistics flow
Who you are
·
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and Operations management; ideally within fashion luxury industry
·
3PL performance monitoring experience required
·
Hands on profile that can control daily operations, SLA and KPIs
·
Ability to challenge the 3PL on continuous improvements solutions
·
Bring best in class standards and practices in Logistics and Luxury
·
Fluent English spoken and written; Arabic and Italian knowledge would be a plus
·
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
·
Good knowledge of Power BI tools is a plus
·
Pro-active approach in finding out innovative solutions
·
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
·
Good communication skills
·
“Multi-tasking” approach to the several issues to be managed with capability to define priorities when needed
