Our Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Team Lead to join our Bal Harbour boutique where you will be an ambassador of the Brand responsible for creating strong client relationships, achieving sales goals, and ensuring the operations of the store create a seamless and luxurious experience for all Clients.
How you will contribute:
Build long term Client relationships and be an example of top performance by leveraging clienteling and developing a strong client database
Support conversion and new client acquisition through engaging selling ceremonies
Exceed personal sales targets, driving and developing client relationships and conversion contributing to the overall business
Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise
Support the company on operations efficiencies by ensuring that all store operations maximize productivity & provide feedback in process changes through the appropriate channels. This includes the shipping, receiving and the inventory of product.
Lead by example and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
Be a referent for the team in the absence of the Store Manager
Any additional duties and responsibilities as required and communicated by management and/or the Company
Who you are:
At least 3 years of Luxury Retail experience;
Knowledge of in-store retail operations, including customer service, merchandising and inventory management.
Technology adept with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Spanish
Self-sufficient; Self-Starter with a proactive attitude;
Ability to work varied scheduled, including weekends and holidays;
Ability to lift, carry, and pull merchandise weighing 0-50 pounds
