Job description
The Retail Operations Intern will have the opportunity to learn about the luxury market through direct contact with all areas of the company, external suppliers and the headquarter in Italy. The daily routine will consist of dynamic work, in order to guarantee an excellent service for both our clients and the stores, understanding that the main objective is customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Verification of negatives and open consignments;;
· Daily follow up of different store demands;
· Store Materials and Supplies Control;
· Packaging Demand Monitoring: orders and supply;
· Control of uniforms for store employees;
· Tracking product consolidation between stores;
· Monitoring organization and inventory processes at the store.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in process - graduation in Jun/2027 or after (mandatory);
· Intermediate/Advanced English;
· Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm with 1 hour of lunch;
· Office package – Intermediate Excel is necessary.
