Your Opportunity:

The candidate will be integrated in the legal team for an internship, providing legal support to Ginori 1735 on a variety of legal matters in the field of commercial law, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

How you will contribute:

·  Assist in the drafting and reviewing of various supply chain related contracts, including service contracts; maintenance agreements, purchase agreements.
·  Conduct legal research on relevant supply chain related issues.
·  Assist in ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
·  Maintain a database of legal contracts.
·  Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the legal team, including reviewing documents, managing calendars, organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files and documents.
·  Assist with the management of the company's compliance and privacy activities.
·  Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

Who you are:

·  A Law graduate with excellent grades
·  Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
·  Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  A person with high level of confidentiality
·  Passionate, flexible individual with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
·  Team worker
·  A profile with advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
