We are currently looking for a Learning & Engagement Intern .
How will you contribute:
You will have hands-on experience in the luxury goods industry and exposure to various aspects of learning and engagement initiatives within a global brand.
· Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, modules, and presentations;
· Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops;
· Support in conducting needs assessments and evaluations to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement;
· Support initiatives and events related to engagement projects, including Onboarding;
· Coordinate logistics for learning and engagement events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications;
· Assist in the feedback analysis and ensure training materials are aligned with company objectives;
· Provide administrative support in maintaining training records and documentation.
Who you are:
· Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field;
· Organizational and project management skills;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
· Passion for learning, development and engagement activities within the luxury goods industry;
· Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
