Job Family Group Description - Merchandising: Includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel. Job Family Description -Product Merchandising: Develops the merchandising grid based on market trends. Assesses the lifestyle, behaviour and spending power of luxury consumers. Guides the Creative department to shape the collection – from product type, quantity, main structures and possible materials.

How will you contribute?
Product Strategy & Assortment Planning
·
Develop seasonal merchandising strategies that align with the house codes and commercial goals.
·
Build and manage footwear assortments to ensure the right product mix across styles, colours, and sizes.
·
Conduct competitive market analysis and identify emerging trends to inform product development.
Sales & Performance Analysis
·
Monitor sales data, sell-through rates, and customer insights to make data-driven merchandising decisions.
·
Identify top-performing styles and optimize stock allocation to maximise profitability.
·
Provide regular reporting on category performance, highlighting opportunities and risks.
Cross-functional Collaboration
·
Work closely with design and product development teams to influence collections based on commercial needs.
·
Partner with marketing teams to ensure product launches and storytelling align with brand vision.
·
Liaise with production and supply chain teams to manage inventory flow and ensure timely deliveries.
Retail & Wholesale Strategy
·
Support retail and e-commerce teams in curating compelling product selections.
·
Collaborate with wholesale partners to tailor assortments to regional and account-specific needs.
·
Participate in seasonal buying sessions and product presentations.
Required Skills:
·
You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours.
·
Previous merchandising experience in luxury footwear brands.
·
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis, forecasting, and trend identification.
·
Knowledge of the global sneaker and footwear market, including key players and consumer trends.
·
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
·
Proficiency in merchandising software, Excel, and data analytics tools.
·
Passion for luxury fashion and sneakers, with an eye for design and commercial appeal.
