We are currently seeking a Northern Europe Merchandiser who will report to the Northern Europe Merchandising Manager as part of our dynamic team in London.

Your opportunity

You will form an integral part of the Merchandising Team for Northern Europe covering all categories.

How you will contribute

·  Weekly main task will be supporting the Merchandising Manager in providing sales reports for Northern Europe by region/country/store, monitoring sales, on-hand stock and analysis of business updates to evaluate merchandising actions and optimize collection assortment.
·  Support in daily stock requests. Consistent collaboration and communication with all stores to ensure optimization of stock through internal transfers, delivery flow, consolidations, diversions and reorders.
·  Support in the preparation of the Sales Campaign fulfilling all pre and post buying activities: Line sheets, pricing release, order review, consolidation, and recap analysis.
·  Strong organization and understanding of fashion market to maintain communication with all teams on key information ahead of new Collections: order recap and analysis, training, delivery, and Collection Briefing.
·  Collaboration with the Planning team to closely monitor stock levels, sales performance and undertake actions to ensure the optimal assortment of the Permanent styles.
·  Strong relationship with 360 teams (VM, Marketing, CRM) to execute new deliveries in store, seasonal marketing activities, ad hoc product launches and special events.
·  Regularly carry out Competitor Analysis Research to identify opportunities and threats.
·  Involvement in all daily and ad-hoc activities of Merchandising Department.
