Job Family Group Description - Sales: This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Retail Management: Defines and supervises the commercial strategy for the retail channel. Analyzes KPIs to achieve commercial goals. Speciality Description - Regional Management: Defines strategic initiatives for implementation across the retail channel. Supervises the store network to develop the business and improve the brand positioning within the market.

Responsible Saint Laurent Japan retail channel sales

Oversees all retail actions to boost the sales

Deploy retail excellence culture at all stores

Supervise the network development

Evaluate market opportunities and assure the project Management of New Stores Opening/ Renewal/ Relocations

Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally

Luxury business to develop customers’ loyalty (especially with VIC Clients)

Ensure the deployment of all the HQs guidelines, rules, processes

Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR

Challenge current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with a continuous improvement approach

Analyze sales figures at now and future, also the market trend and competitors.

Develop retail management teams by coaching, feedback, and advise.
