We are currently seeking a Video Specialist to be part of our dynamic team in Denmark.
This role covers a broad skillset, and finding the right person is about more than ticking every box. What matters most is the right attitude and proven expertise in at least some key areas of production or post-production. We’re primarily looking for a technically skilled videographer with strong editing capabilities and confidence in lighting. Experience with advanced motion graphics is a welcome bonus, but not a requirement.
LINDBERG's internal agency consists of 20+ skilled and ambitious colleagues, 10 of whom work from our office in Shanghai. We design and develop all LINDBERG's visual communication for various platforms and handle everything related to print, web design, image processing, video, and 3D graphics.
How you will contribute
Develop creative video productions for social media and other platforms by:
· Communicate brand identity and product USPs through sharp, visually engaging content
· Create compelling video narratives that bring abstract ideas to life and tell a clear story
· Develop and deliver video content from briefs across platforms
· Keep content fresh by tracking trends, tools, and AI
· Produce training videos focused on optical industry knowledge
· Collaborate across teams to align on goals and execution
Who you are
· Skilled in filming, editing, and color grading using programs like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, and After Effects
· Self-motivated with a strong interest in experimenting with video techniques and gear
· Excellent at following schedules and workflows to meet deadlines
· Communicates ideas clearly and convincingly
· Stays positive and adaptable through feedback and shifting plans
· Fluent in English
· Comfortable switching between creative work and routine tasks
