We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic Secretariat team at LINDBERG, reporting directly to our COO in LINDBERG.

How you will contribute

·  Ensure a welcoming and professional reception for guests
·  Manage telephone services, including redirecting internal and external calls to HQ.
·  Manage the shared mailbox
·  Handle booking and coordination of meeting rooms.
·  Maintain and update the daily activity overview for HQ.
·  Maintain and update telephone directories and contact lists.
·  Book travel arrangements, including flights, taxis, and train tickets.
·  Make restaurant reservations.
·  Coordinate the rental of LINDBERG's vacation homes.
·  Plan and coordinate gifts, flowers, and cards for anniversaries and birthdays.
·  Approve various invoices.
·  Oversee gift inventory and reordering when necessary.
·  Coordinate and manage sponsor tickets for employees.
·  Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Who you are

·  You are fluent in English and Danish.
·  You are a committed person with a catching mood who knows how to provide good service and build relationships through telephone and e-mail.
·  You are a structured, adaptable, quality-conscious, and smiling colleague who thrives in everyday life with fluctuating busyness, where the overview and good energy must be preserved.
·  Strong written and verbal communication
·  Ability to prioritize work effectively
