Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist who will report to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager as part of our dynamic Marketing team in LINDBERG.

How you will contribute

·  Understand the business model, objectives, organisation and processes of the company
·  Coordinate Markets and Channels in defining Trade Marketing strategies and plans, with the aim of guaranteeing the correct coverage and visibility of the assigned brands, respecting the Brand guidelines.
·  Continuous follow-up with Markets and Channels to ensure the implementation and correct execution of Trade Marketing plans agreed with HQ, ensuring the achievement of Trade Marketing objectives and facilitating the sales teams.
·  Monitor Markets and Channels investments on Trade Marketing activities
·  Share with Markets and Channels the best practices of Trade Mktg activities that can be replicated in different geographies
·  Ensure that feedback, needs, and requests are continuously collected from Markets/Channels, also through trips and visits to local sales teams, points of sale, and customers;
·  Analysing and sharing with key stakeholders the results obtained at the Market and Channel level
·  Coordinate the stakeholders on all Trade Marketing activities;
·  Promote customer orientation in order to constantly satisfy their needs, demands, and expectations;
·  Define long and medium-term Trade Marketing plans consistent with the company vision and ensure approval and implementation
·  Define and manage the annual marketing budget, guiding BTL investments in the different activities and monitoring their implementation and effectiveness
·  Define guidelines for the distribution of Trade materials together with the Go To Market function and facilitate their implementation with trade areas and local markets
·  Ensuring the monitoring and analysis of local and international competitors in terms of Trade Marketing activities
·  Manage forecasting and timeline for TMK tools implementation

Who you are

In addition to being skilled in Trade Marketing, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

·  Relevant master's or bachelor’s degree
·  Newly graduated or up to 1 year of relevant work experience (full-time or student position) 
·  Collaborative team player, but also confident in working independently and driving new initiatives
·  Ability to work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities
·  Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing, including presenting
·  Structured approach to multi-tasks and project management skills
·  Fluent in English. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous but not required
