Job Family Group Description - Human Resources: Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives. Job Family Description - Compensation & Benefits: Contributes to the effectiveness of the people strategy by ensuring that the company's pay structures and benefits plans are competitive, well-designed and managed to attract, engage and retain a quality workforce. Oversees and monitors personnel cost-effectiveness throughout our organisation.

·  Manage annual processes including performance review, annual discretionary bonus, and annual salary review
·  Manage all payroll and benefits related processes with Kering Shared Service team
·  Work closely with Finance and HRBP to manage the budget and forecast process
·  Support in implementing and reviewing local C&B programs, including commission scheme review and benefit design.
·  Conduct annual compensation benchmark exercise and support in the data preparation and submission of various HR surveys
·  Provide information on compensation and benefits matters to regulators, internal and external audit as required
·  Participate in various HR projects as C&B expert.  Support ad hoc projects or assist in company-wide HR initiatives
·  Provide consultation and collaboration with HRBP on providing professional C&B advice and solutions
·  To keep updated about regulation changes and maintain close contact with local authorities to ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor law, taxation, pension and etc.
·  Review HR policies to ensure all the policies are compliance with the internal and external requirement
·  Work with HRBP on handling Employee Compensation case filing and management
·  Provide support in regional C&B process
