We are currently seeking a Customer Consultant who will report to the Customer Operation Manager as part of our dynamic Customer Service Team in LINDBERG.
How you will contribute
· Provide customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with our Partners
· Communicate technical knowledge about our unique products via telephone and e-mail
· Handle complaints, including guidance and support to our Partners
· Follow-up on customer inquiries
· Support and work with our international sales team
· Process and register orders
· Knowledge and Brand storytelling for our Partners
Who you are
· You are fluent in English and preferably in Danish. In addition, it is a requirement that you master at least one additional foreign language, e.g., French or German.
· You are a committed person with a catching mood who knows how to provide good service and build relationships through telephone and e-mail.
· You are a structured, adaptable, quality-conscious, and smiling colleague who thrives in everyday life with fluctuating busyness, where the overview and good energy must be preserved.
· Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is a plus
· Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems is a plus
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Ability to prioritize work effectively
