We are currently looking for an " IT infrastructure specialist – Industrial " to join our team based in Trecate (NO)

Your Opportunity:

You will join the Global Operations of Kering Technologies, responsible for keeping Kering's information systems platforms operational (including brands and other beneficiaries), meeting operational needs (availability and performance) worldwide.

Within the organization, you will be part of the "O&I" (Operation & Infrastructure) team, specifically for the Industrial part, which globally manages more than 100 sites, 4 on-premises data centers, and various local data rooms. You will ensure the proper functioning of the IT side of the entire production chain, including services on local/remote/Cloud data rooms, warehouses, connectivity, and cybersecurity remediation of the entire landscape of industrial machines in business-critical contexts, operations technology/Internet of things.

Your Contribution:

·            Point of Contact : You will be the point of contact for infrastructure and technical aspects of new industrial projects for all brands and sites involved.
·            Coordination and Supervision : You will coordinate and supervise new IT initiatives for the industrial and warehouse parts, including external suppliers.
·            Technical Support : You will provide essential technical support from the production site to the entire involved supply chain.
·            Industrial Roadmap : You will promote the IT side of the industrial roadmap and ensure business operations continuity.
·            Cross-functional Collaboration : You will ensure cross-functional collaboration with other Kering Tech IT teams and/or from the houses, in compliance with established guidelines and best practices.
·            Performance and Reliability : You will be responsible for maintaining the performance and reliability of the industrial server infrastructure.

Who You Are :

·            Experience : You have experience in implementing industrial IoT systems.
·            Problem-solving Skills : You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·            Teamwork : You are used to working in cross-functional teams.
·            Communication : You own good communication and project management skills.
·            Security Knowledge : You are familiar with relevant OT/IT security and compliance standards.
·            Infrastructure Technologies : You have a good knowledge of infrastructure technologies (storage, server, network, security...) in On-Prem or Cloud scenarios.
·            Business Interaction : You are used to being in contact with business teams, understanding their needs and expectations.
·            Autonomy : You can work independently and/or in a team.
·            Language : You are proficient in English.
·            Business Relationships : You maintain close relationships with business teams, understanding their needs and expectations.
·            External Supplier Management : You have experience managing external suppliers, ensuring their contributions align with business objectives.
