Job description
We are currently seeking a Regional Head of Employee Experience to join our Human Resources team to drive and support our strategy of providing exceptional exployee experience in APAC through different angles of internal communication, engagement, branding and diversity and inclusion. Your opportunity As Regional Head of Employee Experience, you will become a key member of Kering Human Recources Deparment. You will play a crucial role in shaping a workplace culture where employees feel valued, included, and inspired. You will lead initiatives across employee engagement, employer branding, inclusion & diversity, and internal communications to create a cohesive and compelling employee experience that aligns with our values and business goals.
How you will contribute
You will work closely with HR teams across Kering Corporate and Houses in the region and at HQ level, to implement global and regional programs and initiatives integrating the following elements :
•Employee Engagement
-Design and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
-Lead the development and execution of engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
-Partner with leaders to foster a culture of recognition, growth, and continuous improvement.
•Employer Branding
-Develop and promote a strong employer brand that reflects our culture and attracts up talents.
-Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to create compelling content and campaigns across digital and social platforms, as well as campus activities.
-Monitor and manage our reputation as an employer through platforms like LinkedIn.
•Inclusion & Diversity
-Champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
-Develop and implement I&D strategies, policies, and programs.
-Partner with HRDs and I&D committee members to drive awareness and accountability of various focus of the Group, such as disability, gender equality, multi-generational, etc.
•Internal Communications
-Lead the internal communications strategy to ensure consistent, transparent, and engaging messaging.
-Manage communication channels including intranet (Viva), town halls, and leadership updates.
-Support all internal communication assets with effective communication plans for Company internal events.

Who you are?

• Language Capability - High proficiency in English.
• Work Experience - Experience in driving company culture, engagement activities.
• Communication Skills - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, able to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
• Technical Skills - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
