We are currently seeking a WW Events Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
· Support for the updating and regular maintenance of the Worldwide Events calendar, supporting the company tutor and the team
· Support to regional teams for local activities and events, support in production management
· Logistic coordination both with internal departments and with external suppliers on both local and international scale
· Support for the production of Brand events (e.g. fashion shows) and Retail (e.g. events in boutiques) with consequent on-site support for events in Milan
· Support in the management of suppliers, timing and interaction with the departments involved in organizing individual events
· Digital and manual archiving of records and material concerning key events
· Support for the updating and maintenance of the database of external suppliers and partners, preparation of the Purchase Order, archiving of estimates and invoices
· Support in the management of cultural events calendar
· Support in the organization of institutional events based on the partnerships in place
· Maintain a good flow of information on the different projects with other departments
Who you are:
· Degree in Communication, Events Management or related subjects.
· Good knowledge of the Office Package, Keynote. Photoshop is a plus.
· Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian, French is a plus
· Strong will and attitude to the role
