We are currently seeking a Regional Learning & Development Supervisor / Specialist to join our APAC Learning & Development Team to drive and support the learning & development initiatives in APAC.

Your opportunity

As a Regional Learning & Development Supervisor / Specialist, you will become a key member of Kering Corporate's APAC Learning & Development Team. You will play a crucial role in executing and implementing global and regional learning strategies across the region. You will execute and implement global and regional learning strategies, coordinate regional and local L&D programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning excellence.

How you will contribute

You will work closely with HR teams across Kering Corporate and Houses in the region or at HQ level, to implement regional and local learning & development programs and initiatives. You will provide multi - brand learning solutions on people and managerial development topics and offer tailored solutions based on business needs. Additionally, you will work closely with the group L&D team to provide regional input and support the regional / local deployment of global activities and ad - hoc L&D related projects.

·  Learning Operations & Program Execution
·  Coordinate and execute global and regional L&D initiatives across APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
·  Oversee local program execution, including vendor selection, content review, scheduling, communication, budget management, and attendance tracking.
·  Streamline L&D processes and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
·  Digital Learning Platform Management
·  Work with the global learning team to manage digital learning platform activation and usage in the region.
·  Promote and track completion of global mandatory e - learning programs.
·  Learning Data Analytics
·  Manage local and regional learning data and develop data analytics to draw insights for fostering a learning culture.
·  Generate reports on learning metrics and KPIs.
·  Local Learning Catalog Management
·  Manage local learning catalogs for different markets based on internal customer needs.
·  Curate and update learning resources regularly.
·  Vendor Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
·  Manage external vendors and facilitators as a company representative, ensuring quality delivery of training services.
·  Communicate effectively with senior regional and global stakeholders to promote learning programs and increase employee awareness and participation.

Who you are?

We are looking for an autonomous professional who can bring structure and creativity to the team:

·  Language Capability - High proficiency in English.
·  Work Experience - 2 - 3 years of learning operation experience in a large multi - national company.
·  Communication Skills - Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders, able to present working topics in front of global and regional audience, articulate and get to the point during conversations.
·  Technical Skills - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
·  Attention to Detail - Detail - oriented with strong organizational skills.
·  Problem - Solving Skills - Able to propose learning solutions based on specific needs.
·  Vendor Management Skills - Proven ability to manage external vendors and facilitators.
·  Teamwork and Collaboration - Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
·  Cultural Sensitivity - Experience in dealing with multi - cultural human resources programs is a plus.
