We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner Assistant who will report to the Integrated Logistics HR Business Partner as part of our dynamic team in Cadempino.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You will work inside the HR department dedicated to the Supply Chain & Logistics area supporting the HR Manager in the main HR activities, consistently with the HR strategy of Kering Group Operations.

How you will contribute

·  Coordinate face to face interviews with final candidate
·  Organize the on-board process for new hires
·  Maintain and update the application tracking system data base (Dashboard / Cockpit)
·  Support HR Process (Performance/Talent/Training)
·  Organize and manage the reporting activities, monitor of success and follow up
·  Support Event HR activities
·  Support HR projects such as employee surveys and learning campaign

Who you are

·  University graduate or equivalent, Master in Human Resources Management would be a plus
·  You have former experience in HR role
·  You are a flexible and proactive team player
·  You are a people-oriented person, with excellent communication skills
·  You have good interpersonal skills, a pro-active approach and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
·  You have organizational and methodological skills, with an outstanding attention to detail
·  You have strong ethical standards and high level of discretion
·  You are familiar with MS Office Suite
·  Fluent in Italian and English
