Your opportunity

You will work collaboratively within the Finance department to support the Procure to Pay (P2P) activities, reporting to the P2P Industrial Manager. 

How you will contribute 

·  Manage invoices and payments’ approvals
·  Record and issue invoices, imputation and cost evaluation
·  Ensure the correct keeping of accounting books and mandatory records and the verification, control and filing of tax documents (Intrastat)
·  Manage inter-company reconciliations
·  Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis, following the management needs
·  Cooperate with controlling department to support the monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities

  Who you are

·  High school graduate, a university degree in economics will be considered a plus
·  A former experience in a similar role would be a plus
·  Knowledgeable about principles that govern the general and fiscal accounting of a company and of national and international accounting standards (IFRS)
·  Proactive detail-oriented person, with analytical approach, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
·  Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach; able to work with a high level of autonomy, when needed
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially. The working knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards and/or SAP will be a plus
·  Fluent in Italian, with a good command of English both written and spoken
