We are currently seeking an optician who will report to Global Head Of Manufacturing, Susan Kjeldbjerg, as part of our dynamic Quality Control team in Aarhus .

How you will contribute

·  You will be a part of a broad collaboration with LINDBERG’s Customer Service and Quality Department.
·  You will become a part of LINDBERG’s Inhouse Opticians
·  You will be responsible for complaint processing and Quality Assurance.
·  You will be responsible for the physical handling of complaints, including the replacement of parts
·  You will take care of the evaluation of complaints
·  You will contribute with sparring and support in Customer Service regarding technical/optical questions
·  You will handle various optician-relevant tasks
·  You will handle quality observations, including actively contributing to product improvements
·  Furthermore, you will handle quality assurance and quality control of received miscellaneous goods in stock.

Who you are

·  You hold a relevant Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
·  You are cooperative, outgoing, and good at creating contact with others
·  You are quality-conscious and detail-oriented.
·  You have technical sense and “hands-on”
·  You are the type who prefers to do things 100%
·  You have a solid knowledge of all LINDERBG products
·  You are committed and responsible
·  You are thorough, have a structured approach to tasks, and can manage multiple projects
·  You are strong in written and verbal communication skills
·  You are fluent in English and Danish.
