Your main mission is the following:
Operational Missions:
Successfully execute Boucheron PR, Influence and Celebrity strategy in time and budget, following guidance and objectives set by Press, Celebrity & Influence Senior Manager. Organize and deliver agreed on collaborations with press, influencers and celebrities, including perfect management of logistics and monitoring of activities and impacts. Act as key Boucheron contact for the organization and delivery of collaborations.
Public Relations:
· Align with Senior Manager on concrete delivery of PR strategies and corresponding timeline to be able to deliver it smoothly, in time and in budget
· Follow up with media relations to organize shootings, share press releases or any relevant content; manage press stock with operations to ensure smooth delivery
· Support House growth in preparing all product launches and store opening activities: contribute to the organization and the on-site delivery of activities, contribute to relevant brainstorming
· Support the E-PR strategy in local and international activations, red carpets, and key moments: monitor loans, organize security before/after event, prepare celebrity dressing, contribute to fitting
· Consolidate PR performance on DMR platform and monthly reports for Senior Manager
Celebrity & Influence Marketing:
· Deploy the agreed on Celebrity and influence strategy for the Americas Region, based on local roadmap
· Follow up with identified high-profile influencers and brand ambassadors to organize product placement and track collaborations
· Track and consolidate the performance of influencer partnerships and campaigns, in a format accelerating decision making for management (e.g. insights and recommendations for improvement)
· Under the supervision of Senior Manager, organize end to end Boucheron’s presence in all key events and ceremonies (e.g. Awards season) including security, piece availability, fitting/dressing, follow ups with stylist or agent, travel, and results
· Follow up on all local content production (Magazines Collaboration and Owned brand content based on local activities)
Analytics, Control and Cost:
· Keep track of all collaborations (press, celebrities, influence) with logistics aspects, KPIs and results
· Monitor costs and regularly report on timeline and budget management
· Monthly Stock take and Showroom management
· Monthly Expenses follow up and submission to Manager
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master is a plus
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR and partnerships, in the luxury sector
· Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build sustainable relationships with all types of profiles, externally and internally
· Strong organizational skills
· Capacity to prioritize tasks and ask for manager’s support when needed
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously, adapt quickly and meet deadlines
· Curious, connected, and pro-active
· Detail oriented and well prepared
· Good team player
· Fluent English, French will be a plus
