Job Family Group Description - Human Resources: Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives. Job Family Description -HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

Reporting to the Head of HR of Kering Beauté, the HRBP will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, partnering with leaders to drive business success, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

How you will contribute

Your main responsibilities will include:

·  Strategic HR Business Partnering:

·  Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
·  Partner with department leaders to understand their business needs and develop solutions to achieve them.
·  Proactively identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities.
·  Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support organizational growth and talent acquisition.

·  Talent Management:

·  Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
·  Implement performance management systems and conduct performance reviews.
·  Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
·  Support employee career development and succession planning.

·  Employee Relations:

·  Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
·  Investigate and address complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
·  Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
·  Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

·  Compensation and Benefits:

·  Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company strategy.
·  Manage payroll and other HR processes.
·  Provide guidance on employee benefits and compensation.

·  HR Data and Analytics:

·  Track key HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
·  Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR insights to stakeholders.
·  Leverage HR technology to automate processes and improve efficiency.
