Summary
Job Family Group Description - Human Resources:
Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives.

Job Family Description -HR Operations:
Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labour laws.

How you will contribute

• 執行人員招募,包括即時性求才廣告刊登維護、履歷篩選、面試邀約安排、面試及甄選,因應滿足公司內部人力需求

• 彙整、更新內部用招募報表
• 人員招募諮詢/輔導與服務
• 人員報到等程序作業
• 維護企業內部人事資料之相關紀錄,例如個人基本資料之系統建檔/更新、職務輪調紀錄
• 協助各專案之行政事務
• 其他臨時交辦事項

• 1 year relevant experience in HR field, especially for T&A function is plus
• Experienced in relavant fashion/luxury/retail industry is plus
• Associate Degree or above in relevent Business Management or Human Resources Management is plus
• Keen to learn, self-initiative with positive mind-set
• Detail-mined with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
• easy-going, team player, target-oriented
• Good at MS Office especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is highly preferred
