Job description

SUMMARY

This is a fixed-term position for one year with the potential of becoming a permanent position.

The Kering Americas HR Shared Services team is looking for an HRIS Analyst who will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Workday in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining the current HRIS systems and how they will work with Workday.
The current HRIS system is Ceridian Dayforce HCM. Other systems include TM1 and Lawson.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Workday Implementation of CoreHR, Recruiting, Performance and Talent

· Performs analyses of Workday business requirements
· Assists in the development and configuration of the solution.
· Participates in all stages of implementation, from discovery through go-live support.
· Collaborate with the developers and the HR Community to develop and test functionality and enhancements.
· Participate in local and regional Workday module review sessions.
· Perform and develop user acceptance testing of all modules.
· Provide accurate work estimations and target completion dates about the specific area of expertise, and be accountable on these
· Ability to configure Workday based on the client requirements.
· Ability to provide advantages and disadvantages of configuration options and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
· Serve as liaison between business customers and systems areas.

Dayforce HCM

· Work with vendors and Dayforce support on creation and testing of data feeds for benefit plans.
· Liaise with Project Management for external Workforce Planning tool (WFP) exports and imports to Dayforce Schedules, Timesheets, HR and Time Away From Work.
· Dayforce new release and hotfix readiness, including testing and communication.
· Assist Payroll Manager with Dayforce Payroll module
· Troubleshoot all Dayforce issues from HR community, IT Support Services and employee population.
· Open tickets with Dayforce Support for issues that cannot be rectified.

Qualifications :

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

·  Bachelor's Degree.
·  3+ years of HR experience in Workday or Dayforce HCM.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
·  Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills with a keen business sense.
·  Must possess a high degree of personal integrity, strong work ethic, and be proficient in delivering sustained results.
·  Rigorous, autonomous, organized, committed, transparent.
·  Team- and customer-oriented attitude and working style.
·  Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and solve problems.
