Job description
This is a unique opportunity for HR graduates to gain hands on experience in on-boarding, and entry level talent acquisition activities in an established multinational environment.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and On-boarding:
· Sourcing and telephone screening of the candidates for entry level retail vacancies
· Booking interviews, sending out interview invites and regret e-mails
· Prepare employment offers
· Ensure new joiners receive all the necessary work tools on the day of joining (IT equipment, access card, staff uniform etc.)
· Addition and deletion of employees to group medical plans
· Apply and cancel discount cards of the employees
General Administration:
· Preparing all administrative letters (NOCs, salary certificate, salary transfer letter etc.)
· Coordinate visa application and cancellation of the employees with Company PRO (collection, checking and sending out visa documents)
· Monitor and maintain labour card and visa expiry dates
· Coordinate probation confirmation activities (sending out confirmation dates, confirmation forms and employee confirmation letters)
· Administer annual leave and sick leave applications
· Maintain and update hard and soft copies of personal files
· Any ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time in line with business requirements
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources Management (under graduates are also welcome if they can commit to full time office hours)
· Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages (essential)
· Ability to multi task
· Strong planning and organisational skills
· Client centric can-do attitude
· Work knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
· UAE resident visa holder under family* sponsorship (mandatory)
