GUCCI Beauty Visual Merchandising Designer (maternity cover)

Job description

The Visual Merchandising Design Department is looking for Visual Merchandising Designer for a maternity cover. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Design Manager, you will join a very creative and dynamic team based in the Gucci Hub in Milan and will oversee the Trade Marketing retail activities for Gucci Beauty category.

Key Accountabilities

·  Define, create the brand retail design & merchandising configuration for different distribution channels and follow-up on the implementation in line with the global brand objectives
·  Design and development of merchandising solutions (testers units, free access, POS materials), visual tools and seasonal animations in line with the brand objectives
·  Collaboration with the Beauty Licensee in developing the projects through a constant communication flow.

Things that should be in your background:

·  Previous experience in similar roles in Trade Marketing and Retail in Beauty, Eyewear or Watch and Jewelry competitor brands
·  Strong time management and communication skills
·  Highly creative, interested in visual arts/graphic communication and fashion
·  Team working and goal oriented
·  Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and AutoCAD; rendering software (e.g. Rhinoceros, 3D Studio Max, Blender, etc...) is considered a plus
·  Excellent English skills
