Job description
* Role Mission - For developing and leading a multi-functional, multi skilled store operations team. - For driving change within the operation to continually strive to make operational improvements that deliver first-class service to support the company’s creative teams and clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the business operation director in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business
- Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Manage and execute day-to-day operations
- Oversee annual inventory process, perform weekly/monthly cycle counts and maintain daily adjustment of stock discrepancies
- Manage all POS functions to both support and the sales team and ensure store compliance
- Ensure the organization and efficient operation of back of house
- Monitor expenses and budget in line with the finance and accounts department
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
- Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts
- Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
- Track and report on operational performance
