We are currently seeking a Content Specialist as part of our Image Development Team based in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).

How you will contribute

·  Supporting on management of Image projects, with a focus on both digital and printed material;
·  Supporting on timeline creation and keeping track of schedules;
·  Preparing reports and project recaps;
·  Managing products in occasion of shooting sessions, include products research and obtaining from our warehouses;
·  Collaborating with internal teams (such as Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce) to ensure good communication and constant alignment;
·  Gradual support on coordinating external suppliers involved in the projects (production companies, creative agencies, etc);
·  Managing contracts and paper works.

Who you are

·  Graduate in Design, Communication, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies;
·  Good understanding of the processes of content creation;
·  In-deep knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel;
·  Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
·  Fluent in Italian and English language (written and spoken);
·  Organized approach, attention to details, without losing overview of the bigger picture;
·  Good verbal and written communication skills;
·  Proactive attitude and great team spirit.
