The Kering Spira team is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Milan.

Your opportunity

You will support and report to the Inventory Revalorisation Director in the development and progressive implementation of the ad-hoc structures aiming at dealing with obsolete inventories through different cleaning channels.

How you will contribute

· 
Inventory data collection from Stealth and RDM, reworking through power BI and dashboard presentation

· 
Dashboard data feeding and continuous improvement (e.g. introduction of sell-thru info)

· 
Data collection of non-Merchandise and follow-up of clearance initiatives, in relation with Kering Ops & sustainability

· 
Organisation of specific events in Europe and other Regions

· 
Supervision of the online Friends & Family platform in collaboration with Kering Digital 

· 
Identification of recycling and upcycling partners, management of recycling pilots and progressive capacity ramp-up, in relation with Kering Sustainability

· 
Set-up structures in the Regions via the incorporation of Group multibrand entities

· 
Supervision of the physical inventory and associated movements for all clearing initiatives (F&F events, recycling)

· 
Contractual aspects of the collaboration between Spira and our current and future partners for all clearing initiatives (F&F events, recycling), in collaboration with Kering Legal department

· 
Support in the preparation of monthly presentation to update on Spira progresses to Kering Executive Team and the brands representatives

· 
Support in the preparation of workshops with Kering and Brands sustainability dpts to follow recycling and upcycling pilots and other initiatives

Who  you  are

· 
Graduated in Management Engineering, Economy or similar

· 
Experienced in fashion retailer or a consulting firm

· 
Proactive, organized, problem-solver, with analytical mindset

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office

· 
Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. French is a plus
