Your Opportunity
We are currently looking for a DoDo Sales Merchandising Specialist as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.
How you will contribute

Reporting to the Global Sales Merchandising Manager, contribute to implement the global assortment strategy in accordance with sales channel/markets specificities and brand strategy.

Be part of the daily activities with Supply Chain and WHS/FHS Operation departments to:

Forecast New Collection
·
Be aligned on OTB target and replenishment process.
·
Be part of the daily activities with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to:
·
Balance collection brief with merchandising objectives and product positioning
·
Identify business growth opportunities through a constant orders and deliveries monitoring and merchandise allocation.
·
Support the collaboration with the WHS and Retail Mangers, to align sales teams on assortment strategy and objectives also through producing/managing specific tools, data analysis, presentations and reports.
·
Research, monitor and review competitors and industry trends to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns.
Who you are
·
A professional with 3-5 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in fashion, watches and jeweler luxury industry
·
Good at balancing mid- and long-term views to build best approaches for the business.
·
Strong in handling and analyzing numerical data to share insights helping the Global Sales Merchandising Manager and the Commercial team in decision making.
·
A team player, able to work effectively cross-functionally.
·
Fluent in English and Italian, more languages would be a plus.
