Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail Operations: Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations. Sub-Job Family Description - Retail Operations: Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects (changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation, etc.) Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.

How will you contribute?
· You will proactively coordinate projects, working with cross functional partners and retail teams to support adoption of new processes and procedures.
· You will support in the implementation of SAP and adoption of its new systems and processes in Retail stores.
· Together with the Global Retail Operations Manager you will drive Operational Excellence and launch worldwide operations guidelines.
· You will work collaboratively and communicate frequently with regional operations partners and cross functional teams on processes, procedures, and deliverables.
· You will support with the creation of instructional guides and procedure documents for Retail Operations, ensuring they are kept up to date, reflecting any changes made in HQ.
· Provide day-to-day guidance from HQ to regions on store back-office systems, POS systems and administration, and product processes. Escalating to the Global Operations Manager as required.
· Produce reports that help monitor Retail Operations KPIs and POS activities in line with company policies.
Required Skills:

· Experience with retail and POS systems are a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Microsoft Suite proficiency. (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
· Presentation and meeting competency.
