We are currently seeking a Business Strategy Intern to join our team based in in Dubai, in the corporate middle east offices starting from September 2025.
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Business Strategy Intern to join our team at Kering Middle East, based in our corporate offices in Dubai, starting from September 2025. As a Business Strategy Intern, you will support the office of the regional President and contribute to central projects and analyses that impact our everyday business strategy and decision-making. This internship offers a unique chance to develop your analytical, research, and problem-solving skills while gaining significant insights into the retail industry and a broader understanding of the Middle East region.
How you will contribute
Reporting to the Business Strategy Analyst in our Dubai office, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the sector and region.
· Competitive Analysis: Assess competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses, and manage recurrent reports sharing for Kering and its houses.
· Business Performance Analysis : Analyze KPIs to evaluate the group’s performance and prepare recurrent presentations for senior management.
· On-Demand Support: Handle occasional requests from the houses (or group-level) by preparing presentations/reports or providing general administrative support.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and house teams.
Who you are
· A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related quantitative fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
· Keen analytical skills with strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
· Key skills: Self-starter with strong organization, prioritization, proactiveness, and critical thinking.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in English; a second language is valued.
