We are currently seeking a Legal Intern who will join Brioni as part of our dynamic Legal Team in Rome.
Your opportunity
This is a challenging position in a stimulating environment where you will collaborate with Brioni’s Legal Team in the management of legal matters, in particular commercial contracts.
How you will contribute
You will join the Legal Department and will provide support, among others, in the following activities:
· Support in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (both in English and Italian), such as but not limited to:
distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, etc;
· Support in keeping up-to-date records and database for the Company contracts;
· Support in the implementation and monitoring of Group’s compliance programs and policies.
Who you are
Qualifications, skills and professional experience:
· Master’s Degree in Law;
· Professional experience gained in first ranked national/international law firms is a plus;
· Additional experience in international companies in luxury/fashion/jewellery industry is a plus
· Strong communication and relationships skills; teamwork oriented;
· Proactive, motivated, with a positive attitude, flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment;
· Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner, demonstrating problem-solving attitude;
· English fluency (at least C1 level). Knowledge of French is a plus.
