BOUCHERON SEASONAL STORE ASSISTANT

RATE OF PAY: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:   

Customer Care:

·  Ensure a warm and luxurious welcome for clientele.
·  Serve beverages.
·  Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
·  Manage client waiting times in the boutique and provide information.
·  Conduct boutique tours.

 

Support for the Salesperson during sales:

·  Support salespersons during product presentations.
·  Listen attentively to client and salesperson requests.
·  Adapt to each unique request.
·  Package items in boxes, create gift wraps, and prepare certificates.

 

Participation in Boutique Operations:

·  Contribute to store setup and maintain adherence to Boucheron guidelines.
·  Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) and beverage replenishment orders.
·  Implement safety rules within the boutique.
·  Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
·  Capture photos of items following House guidelines.​

 

Qualifications and Skills:

·  1 year of proven experience in jewelry retail sales
·  Exceptional customer service skills
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in multiple languages appreciated.
·  Engaged, team spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·  Professionalism and integrity.
