Job Description
Responsibilities :

Critical position of embobying the Boucheron brand in each and every client interaction
·
Own flair for making each client’s experience extraordinary
·
Excellent communicator and brand ambassador : ability to communicate knowledgeably about the Maison (its history) and promote the brand both in-store and elsewhere, appropriate tone and register.
·
Developing client relationships and exceeding sales plan
Sales :
·
Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend
·
Observance of the sales process
·
Inputting and updating CRM data in the database
·
Cultivate new and existing client relationships
·
Maintaining the relationship: Invitations, events, meals, gifts and other tokens of appreciation
·
Observance of the procedures
·
Reaching the quantified objectives and the KPIs
Winning new business
·
Being proactive in organizing events to promote the Maison
·
Making a personal commitment: attending external events to promote the Maison
·
Developing new partnerships (hotels, personal shoppers/stylists, business introducers, art galleries and other luxury brands in industries such as aeronautics, automotive, fashion, spirits, tourism, property, etc.)
The candidate :
·
Well-groomed, presentation to a high standard
·
Excellent commercial, interpersonal and communication skills
·
Previous experience in jewellery and luxury retail boutique environment
·
Please note, weekend and late shift working will be required.

Agile and adaptable
·
On the field and hands-on
·
Strong methodical and team spirit approach
·
Fluent in French and English
