Position Description:
This position, based in Singapore, will report to the General Manager of Hong Kong, Macau and Southeast Asia
The Boutique Manager will be the brand representative to manage our business in Singapore
Your main missions would be the following:
Sales
· Develop overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management
· Plan and implement local CRM initiatives. Ensure sales target is achieved
· Share market intelligence with regional team to ensure marcom strategies will support business needs
· Communicate our identity as the most stylish French High Jewelry Maison. Develop high jewelry business
· Aware of local & surrounding trading environment and its impact on the sales
Team
· Lead and motivate the team for business and professional development
· Responsible for recruitment, training, and talent retention to meet the business needs
· Set and monitor KPI, provide timely coaching to the team for performance management
· Train, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and to perform an excellent customer service at all times
Services
· Manage human resources allocation and pre-appointment planning. Provide efficient and personalized client experience
· Achieve sales target through client-centric approach, recruit new clients, transform prospects, and build loyalty
· Strengthen local client base. Promote brand equity
Operations
· Establish rapport with business partners, promote brand visibility and desirability
· Manage healthy stock level and product mix to reflect sales and customer demands
· Enforce security measures to maintain a safe work environment
· Manage compliance process. Ensure SOP is observed by the team
· Liaise with finance to monitor the operating expenses.
· Build a sustainable business
Who you are:
· At least 2 years of experience in managerial position
· Strong retail operations experience in a high jewellery and/or luxury fashion environment
· A confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration between the local and regional team
· Business acumen, understanding of Singapore luxury market
· Client-centric with service excellence mindset
· A leader as well as a team player who is interested in the success of the organization as much as his / her own
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
