We are currently seeking a Wholesale Intern who will report to the Sales Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.
Role Mission
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career.
How you will contribute:
· Reporting & Analysis – Weekly & Monthly Style, Account, and Door selling
· Shipping & Invoicing - Track purchase orders and update shipping logs weekly
· Quarterly Selling Campaigns – Preparation & support for seasonal markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations, buy books
· Sample Management, Online Copy, & General Administrative Support
· Market Expertise & Ownership – Protect & enhance Bottega’s presentation and sales in department stores. Build competitive analyses to identify opportunities.
Who you are:
· Analytics: Excel competency managing large data sets (vlookups, pivot tables)
· Strategic Communication: Strong Writing Skills. PowerPoint Skills
· Positive and proactive attitude
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work in our NYC corporate office
· Able to receive academic credit
· Available 24 hours a week
· Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
Salary- New York
· Salary of $16.00/hr
