Summary
Mission:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain job experience in retail planning and merchandising activities in a multinational company.

Main assignments:
-Analyze sales and stock figures to understand trends and customers’ needs in the region
-Support the General Merchandiser in planning stock allocation throughout the season in order to maintain healthy stock holdings
-Cooperate with the store managers and visual merchandiser to ensure the products are presented according to Corporate Visual Guidelines
-Coordinate with the Retail team to create a strategy in order to support slow moving pieces
-Support General Merchandiser in preparing weekly, monthly and ad hoc merchandising reports

Profile:
-Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing or business (Undergraduates are welcome to apply if they can commit to a full time office hours)
-UAE residency visa holder under family sponsorship (mandatory requirement)
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Strong planning and organizational skills 
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Analytical skills
-Work knowledge of MS Office applications with an emphasis on basic Excel
-Committed to excellence and detail oriented
-Dynamic and pro-active, resilient with a can-do attitude
-Basic understanding of the fashion and retail industry
