BOTTEGA VENETA Part-time Client Engagement Assistant

Job description

We are currently seeking a Part-time Client Engagement Assistant as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

How you will contribute

IN-STORE EVENT PLANNING AND SUPPORT:

·  Assist in in-store logistics execution, catering arrangement and planning of client events
·  Provide on-site support for all in-store events to ensure smooth operation
·  Support VIC client gifting allocation for stores and gifting ideas proposal
·  Assist in gifting production management locally
·  Handle invoicing and vendor management

DATA ANALYSIS & REPORT: 

·  Support the team in extracting client target lists and dispatching client lists 
·  Consolidate campaign results & achievements in template report format.
·  Generate regular CRM Campaign results, collection launch and ad hoc report requests
·  Prepare information for regular business meetings
·  Consolidate market Intelligence and prepare competitor’s report

Who you are

·  Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese
·  Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
·  Well-organized with an attention to details
·  Able to work 3 days per week is highly preferred
