Bottega Veneta currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a 12 - 14-month maternity cover contract.  The successful individual will be based in the Sydney Head Office and will be responsible for the full suite of HR Responsibilities for the Bottega Veneta Australian market.  

How will you contribute:

· 
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end for all stores across Australia, and work with Store Management on immediate needs and building a talent pipeline

· 
Manage the onboarding and Induction of all new employees as well as

· 
Coordinate the fortnightly Payroll process in conjunction with Kering Shared Services

· 
Coordinate and manage the annual compensation review alongside Country Manager and Head of HR SEAO

· 
Undertake all Employee Relations activities including performance management, workplace investigations, and maintaining records

· 
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and liaising with legal to implement and update applicable Fairwork requirements

· 
Complete all month end, quarterly and annual internal and external Government Reporting as required

· 
Facilitate the coordination and completion of the annual employee survey

· 
Disseminate Global policy as and when required, as well as creating local policy and ensuring legal compliance

· 
Manage all employee data throughout employee lifecycle (letters, forms, status changes, files) ensuring administrative excellence and data integrity

· 
Work closely and communicate with local and regional Stakeholders to create synergies and ensure success in all operations

· 
Project work as required

Who are you:

· 
You will come with proven Generalist and Operational HR experience

· 
You will have knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award and an ability to interpret terms and conditions of employment

· 
Experience using the time and attendance system ENTO (or similar), and HRIS system Workday

· 
Knowledge and experience managing or coordinating the payroll process

· 
You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management/engagement skills

· 
An ability to be flexible to attend meetings and/or conferences either interstate, overseas or after business hours, as and when required
