Job Description

We are currently looking for a Facility & General Services Specialist within Facility area who will join our dynamic team in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

How you will contribute:

·  Raccogliere e gestire le richieste di interventi di manutenzione, sia ordinaria che straordinaria, a supporto del Maintenance Coordinator;
·  Collaborare con il Maintenance Coordinator alla realizzazione attraverso Autocad di disegni e progetti per la riorganizzazione di spazi produttivi e di ufficio;
·  Gestire richieste e valutazioni di preventivi ed offerte relativi alla realizzazione degli interventi manutentivi fino alla successiva conferma e chiusura dell’ordine;
·  Pianificare le attività manutentive (interfacciandosi con fornitori, general contractor, ecc.) e verificare la qualità degli interventi in fase di svolgimento e a completamento dei lavori;
·  Monitorare il rispetto del budget e delle tempistiche concordate per la realizzazione dei lavori.

Who you are:

·  Una risorsa con diploma di Geometra e/o laureata in ingegneria/architettura con pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di 3/5 anni in Aziende Strutturate;
·  Buona conoscenza di sistemi informatici e buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
·  Buona conoscenza del programma AutoCAD;
·  Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
·  Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
·  Precisione, flessibilità e buone doti comunicative;
·  Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano.
