Summary
We are currently seeking a Retail Coordinator, who will report each to the West Coast Retail Vice President.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Retail Coordinator acts as a trusted partner of the Regional Vice President to deploy the retail strategy across the regional geography under their perimeter. They provide recurrent and ad-hoc analysis on business performance at country/store level and identify trends, potential areas of concern and action plans. They constantly liaise with AMER corporate departments, they support store teams by implementing commercial initiatives and new projects (refurbishments, relocations, partnerships) and following up. They help plan regional events including, but not limited to, monthly leadership meetings and support the seamless onboarding process for new store directors and new store teams.
Job Description
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
· Partner with the Regional Vice President and AMER corporate departments to cascade guidelines and initiatives, and follow up on KPIs and store team performance
· Work with the Regional Vice President and AMER corporate departments to streamline communication for the retail population, including creation and updating of materials, as well as gathering submissions for retail updates
· Ensure that all business reports and relevant follow-up are completed on time and delivered to the management team
· Follow up on commercial targets and achievements on each location by creating reports, identifying trends and any potential areas of concern
· Work closely with store management and support them with general queries from all the stores
· Collaborate with Retail Operations team to prepare for and assist in all new store openings throughout the regional geography ensuring that the process is as streamlined and as efficient as possible
· Assist in retro planning the new store opening schedule in partnership with the Regional Vice President and AMER corporate departments
· Assist in the administrative process for new Store Directors and new store teams to ensure their onboarding is seamless in coordination with the Regional Vice President and AMER corporate departments
· Ensure tools and reports for Client Engagement, Training, Merchandising, Operations, Omnichannel, are properly understood and used across the regional geography, with a strong focus on the Luce clienteling app
· Monitor customer experience evaluation/survey results and follow up with store management on actions plans
· Liaise with key stakeholders and build strong relationships with all external business partners
· Help plan retail meetings such as store director meetings and monthly regional calls
· Help plan commercial/store events and follow up on return on investment
· Constantly monitor competitors’ actions (events, special sales and commercial initiatives) and report to the Regional Vice President
WHO YOU ARE
· 1-2 years of experience in retail environment (head office or store) with an international exposure
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Highly organized, detailed oriented and able to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business
· Business oriented, confident in managing database/figures, and conducting data analysis
· High understanding of luxury environment and competitors
· Outstanding communication and influence skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
· Able to conceive and drive messages and projects
· Must be resourceful, a problem-solver, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· A positive attitude, openness, listening abilities, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and improve
· Adaptability, agility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
· High availability, responsiveness
· Ability to travel
