Summary
We are currently seeking a CRM Specialist who will report to the Client Engagement Manager of the Americas.
This role is open to candidates based in either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This role will support the execution of the Balenciaga Client Engagement Strategy in the Americas region, with a special focus on CRM data, insights and client development.
Job Description
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
· CLIENTELING TOOLS & PROGRAMS
· Be an expert in clienteling tools and programs, monitor usage, and provide prompt resolutions to store inquiries or reported issues
· Train and educate the retail teams on clienteling applications, client journey programs, reporting, segmentation, and client KPIs
· Identify client development opportunities and training needs
· CLIENT DATA & INSIGHTS
· Run CRM reports and conduct analysis to support the business
· Partner with HQ, Regional Directors, and Store Management to review performance dashboards and follow-up on KPIs to achieve business objectives
· Perform continuous data quality activities (reassignments, manual database cleaning)
· Ensure in-store data collection steps and client privacy protection are properly implemented
· EVENTS, CAMPAIGNS & VIC PROJECTS
· Support the Client Engagement Team with events, in-store activations, and VIC projects as needed
· Define client targets and create lists for campaigns
· Provide and leverage data insights to optimize client engagement initiatives
· Track and measure the impact of activations and campaigns, gather quantitative and qualitative feedback from stores, and deliver key insights to stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE
· Minimum 2 years of experience in client development, CRM, marketing, or other similar positions in luxury retail fashion industry
· Business oriented, numerate and confident in managing database, and conducting data analysis
· High understanding of luxury environment & highly client oriented
· Strong analytical aptitude, program development, facilitation, planning and organizational skills
· Mature, confident, positive mindset, self-motivated and excellent people skills to work with different cultures and all levels of staff
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
· Flexible work schedule based on the business needs
· Ability to travel as needed
