Job Description
Your opportunity
As Apprentice in Finance & Administration Department you will play a key role in provide gradual support in the active and passive billing cycle, administrative management of business partners and general accounting activities.
How you will contribute
- Gradual support in the active billing cycle;
- Support in managing the passive invoicing cycle, recording passive invoices and preparing payments;
- Gradual support in administrative management of business partners;
- Support execution of tax and fiscal regulations;
- Gradual support of general accounting activities.
Who you are
- Technical Institute of Finance & Marketing Administration Diploma;
- Degree in economics;
- 1-2 years of accountant experience in small and medium-sized companies
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Competences to work in a very dynamic environment and teamwork competence.
