Job Description

Your Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Junior Account Executive to support our wholesale business across all categories – Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, based in New York City.

How you will contribute:

·  You will be cultivating an active dialogue with buyers and merchant teams regarding product, brand positioning and develop action-oriented proposals
·  You will be building strong relationships with business partners and buying teams
·  You will effectively manage Model W reorder program (monthly), ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time across retailers – in partnership with Account Executives
·  You will update sales analysis on a weekly basis; analyze shipping/tracking of delivery flow regularly to ensure detailed process to accounts.
·  You will be performing regular review of shipments for each account; partner with customer service and Account Executives to ensure timely fulfillment of all orders.
·  You must have great presentation skills and be prepared to present during market weeks or special events supporting of each season's collection during appointments.
·  Familiarity with the luxury department stores and specialty retailers
·  You will be assisting clients with any issues or troubleshooting to provide the best customer experience.

Your Skills & Experience:

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or relevant field
·  Experience in a luxury fashion company is required
·  Passionate about exceeding corporate goals and driving business through excellent execution
·  Ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
·  Advanced analytical skills (i.e. highly proficient in excel and retail math)
·  Excellent organizational skills
·  Strong communication skills both written and verbal
·  Ability to travel
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel
