Job Description

Alexander McQueen is looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Dallas.

How you will contribute

BRAND AMBASSADOR

·  Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury Business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs using LUCE
·  Represent & Promote the culture of the House internally and externally
·  Ensure store atmosphere upholds the House image

TEAM DEVELOPER

·  Attract, develop and retain talents
·  Create and maintain a positive work environment

BUSINESS LEADER

·  Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational function within the store
·  Support the Store Director and lead the Department Managers in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals

PROCESS LEADER

·  Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal
·  Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard
·  Ensure VM of the store is done according to VM guidelines and includes all best-sellers per category

Your Skills and Experience

·  Previous experience in a similar role
·  Experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
·  At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
·  Successful managerial experience of a team (the ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up results)
·  High sensitivity to clients experience and loyalty
·  Precision, organizational skills,
·  Adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity
·  Product and Fashion sensitivity
·  Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
