Description
What will you be doing?
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying online trading priorities, opportunities and challenges, executing an operational trading plan through the implementation of daily optimisation changes and influencing marketing activities.
You'll also need to use your expert knowledge of online merchandising systems and tools to surface, brief and manage content, online campaigns and product promotions.
What you'll have :
We're looking for Online Merchandisers with the following experience:
- Analysing and interpreting data
- Commercially aware with a trading focus
- Good knowledge of online marketing
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Good organizational skills
- Experience of providing proactive solutions and gaining stakeholder buy-in
What else could you bring?
- Background in an online merchandising role
- Good knowledge of web analytics/metrics

Duties and Responsibilities
What’s the role about?
We are currently looking for a number of online merchandisers to join us in either our home, fashion or technology team on a 6 month temporary basis.
You will focus on optimising the customer journey through online analytics and insights. Taking action to identify opportunities to improve the quality of the online experience and drive sales and conversion.
Daily review of trading performance against agreed sales targets. Identifying risk areas, maximising commercial opportunities and actioning daily optimisation outputs to drive the trading plan.
Collaborative working with key stakeholders to promote products and brands, ensuring they are surfaced across online and through Online Marketing.
