Job description

The Worldwide Business Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing programs and execution in support of Hybrid Cloud (Analytics) globally, working with Marketing, Sales and Enablement at worldwide and in the geographies.

Responsible for:
·  Channel Marketing Plan and Execution
·  Product Launch Management for BPs
·  Quarterly Marketing guidance
·  Drive Partner usage of Digital content
·  Marketing Programs – Commercial segment The Business Partner Marketing Manager will lead and collaborate across multiple functional areas:
·  Team with Worldwide Hybrid Cloud business unit marketing teams to structure, direct and align Business Partner marketing strategy, plans & priorities with the business unit's priorities and goals
·  Lead BP aspects of business unit announcements and launches
·  Lead packaging and effective communication of Marketing guidance to the Geo Marketers, Agencies and Sellers
·  Collaborate with WW Hybrid Cloud Marketing teams to ensure BP “aligned & ready” assets are developed, packaged and delivered to support campaigns and launches across the geographies.
Emphasis is on our shift to social and digital approaches.
Experience delivering successful campaigns and results is a key differentiator for the successful candidate.
·  Guide and advise on developing BP Demand Generation Marketing (Co-marketing) programs to deliver BP marketing results As the ‘voice of the Business Partner', the Business Partner Marketing Manager will engage with BP Sales leaderships to design, develop and deliver high-impact marketing approaches and programs. This will require close collaboration with business unit marketing to advise on go-to-market approaches with new offerings, and balanced value propositions suitable for BP channel. This role will engage and represent the geography BP marketing team's priorities, while facilitating BP lead management; conducting root-cause analysis on under-performing geographies and propose turn-around actions.

This leadership role strategically identifies, engages and enables the Hybrid Cloud BP route to deliver business unit and GBP business results.
