IBM's Workday Practice: Talent, Learning and Recruiting Center of Excellence is currently seeking Workday Certified Functional Human Capital Management (HCM) consultants with expertise in Recruiting, Talent and Learning . You will be responsible for implementing and integrating Workday HCM solutions for clients in a consulting environment. The right consultant will be a pro-active, problem-solver, who works independently, and enjoys a culture that is collaborative, team oriented, innovative, fast-paced and customer focused.

As a Workday Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's Human Capital Management solution. You will provide Workday product, subject-matter and implementation expertise; and will work with clients to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday best practices
·  Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution, building consensus around business processes and design
·  Configure the Workday solution
·  Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype
·  Work with clients to help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the Workday solution
·  Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas
·  Leverage prior Human Resources / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
·  Help mentor newer consultants
·  Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
·  Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
·  Engage in the sales process to gather information about projects including background and broader context to implement the Workday Solution for: Talent, Recruiting and Learning
·  Partner with sales and delivery teams to estimate project scope and assist in RFP responses. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients. Travel to client sites may be required, up to 4 days per week. Expected travel about 50% of your scheduled time, remaining work time can be either remote or at one of the IBM offices. Preferred candidates will live within a 50 mile radius of a major airport.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Experience with configuring one or more of the following Recruiting, Talent or Learning products: Taleo, Brassring, SuccessFactors, Saba, Cornerstone, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Peoplefluent or similar product
·  At least 2 years experience in Recruiting, Talent or Learning functional areas of Human Resources
·  You can successfully lead and facilitate fit/gap and solution discussions SMW, Stakeholders and executives
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
